The 20/20 Bonus travel agent promotion (the “Promotion”) consists of two offers as described below (collectively, “the Offers”).

Travel Agents who participate in the Offers can earn (1) double commissions (when booking participating properties (in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas. Asia Pacific hotel bookings are not eligible for the double commission offer) via the GDS) (The “GDS Double Commission Offer”) and/or (2) double points (10 bonus points in addition to 10 base points per U.S. dollar).

To be eligible for either Offer, travel agents must book using an eligible rate code during the Booking Period (September 15 through December 15, 2020) and the reservation must be consumed during the Stay Period (for Americas and Asia Pacific hotels: September 15 through December 15, 2020 and, for Europe, the Middle East and Africa hotels: September 15, 2020 through February 21, 2021). Booking and Stay periods are collectively referred to as the “Promotion Period”. By participating in either Offer, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• The GDS Double Commission Offer: The 20% commission is valid for travel agent reservations booked using an eligible rate code via the GDS (Global Distribution System) and consumed during the Promotional Period at participating Radisson Hotel Group properties in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. Asia Pacific hotel bookings are not eligible for the double commission offer. To see a full list of participating properties, click here. This offer is exclusive to select agencies booking designated rate codes via the GDS. Commission is awarded to the agency that the IATA booking the selected commissionable rate code is registered. Membership in Radisson Rewards for Business is not required to earn the commissions. Promotion registration is not required to earn the commissions.
• The Double Points Offer: Travel agents that are members of Radisson Rewards for Business, who register for the Double Points Offer on radissonhotels.com/rewards/agents-2020 can also earn double Radisson Rewards points for eligible bookings booked and consumed during the Promotional Period at participating Radisson Hotel Group hotels in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and the Americas. To earn points, you must be a member of Radisson Rewards for Business, register for the promotion, and enter your member number or personal booking name in the Supplementary Information (“SI”) field when the reservation for the Eligible Booking is made. Registration make take up to three days to process before bookings are eligible for bonus point earnings. Participation in Radisson Rewards for Business is subject to program terms and conditions. Rewards vary by region.
• Bonus Point earning for the entire Promotion Period is capped at 100,000 bonus points. Bonus Points (10 bonus points per $1 USD spent), will be awarded along with base points (10 points per $1 USD spent), approximately 15 days after guest checkout.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, Radisson Hospitality, Inc. reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue this Offer/Promotion with or without notice at any time. The number of rooms available for this Promotion at participating hotels may be limited. The Promotion, the participating hotels and/or the applicable terms and conditions may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. The Promotion is subject to applicable law and the Promotion and any of its terms shall be void or not applicable where prohibited by applicable law.
